Overview
BSPN Architecture is calling for Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced contractors wishing to be included on the tender panel for the New Junior School Building (Years 3-6) project at Whitsunday Anglican School Mackay. The project is anticipated to go to tender in early November 2026.
Scope
The total project consists of:
- Construction of a new 3 storey General Learning Building, approximately 3450m2
- Refurbishment of 2 classrooms
- Relocation of a modular building
- New external hardcourt
- Associated external works and services
Contractor Requirements
- Suitably experienced in delivering similar construction projects
- Experience, capability, and references relevant to working within schools
