Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Cumberland City Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the printing and lodgement of the Council's monthly printed newsletter.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Printing of the monthly newsletter
  • Lodgement of the monthly newsletter
  • Delivery of 11 editions each year (the January and December editions are combined due to the holiday period)

Contractor Requirements

  • Suitably qualified and experienced in newsletter printing and lodgement services

Contract Terms and Conditions

  • The contract will be awarded on a lump sum price basis, in accordance with the pricing schedules offered by the tenderer
  • Contract Term: Three (3) years
  • Contract Type: Major Services Agreement
