Fleet - Supply and Delivery Street Sweeper

Whitsunday Regional Council is seeking submissions for the supply and delivery of one (1) 4x2 Street Sweeper Road Maintenance Truck and appropriate accessories as specified.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Supply and delivery of one (1) 4x2 Street Sweeper Road Maintenance Truck and appropriate accessories as specified
• Provision of a vehicle for maintenance of Council's regional network of roads at varied work sites around the Whitsunday region and surrounding remote areas, working on paved surfaces
• Provision of a machine capable of sweeping and cleaning various environments with alternating terrain and areas

Site Inspection

Council is holding an inspection opportunity for the trade-in vehicle.

• Location: Council's Proserpine Works Depot, 30 Faust Street, Proserpine Qld 4800
• Date: Wednesday, 23rd September 2026
• Time: Between 11.30am and 12.30pm

PPE is a requirement to attend this site, at a minimum Hi-Vis shirt/vest and enclosed shoes. Sun protection is also recommended.

Please confirm attendance at this inspection via contracts@whitsundayrc.qld.gov.au no later than midday Tuesday 22nd September 2026.
