Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The Department of Logistics and Infrastructure (NT) is seeking a contractor to carry out bridge abutment reconstruction and reinstatement works on Victoria Highway at Watch Creek in the Katherine region.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Excavation of the pavement on the bridge approach at the western end
  • Testing the density of the sub-grade
  • Stabilising the sub-base
  • Preparing and sealing the base course
  • Rectifying settlement on the bridge approach to achieve a smooth pavement transition to the bridge
