Overview
Stanton Dahl Architects (NSW) is inviting builders to register their interest in tendering for the construction of an extension to an existing two-storey hall and learning spaces with amenities at Illawarra Christian School.
Scope
The scope includes:
- New student amenities consisting of 10 toilets and 2 classrooms on the ground floor
- New stage and 2 new classrooms on the first floor
- New lift
- New awnings
- External walkway extension around the existing building
- Associated external works
The building works are expected to be completed in a single undertaking.
Contractor Requirements
- Information demonstrating technical capability to undertake the work
- Information demonstrating financial capability to undertake the work
Instructions to Tenderers
The tender panel will be limited, and the final composition will be at the discretion of the selection panel. The project is scheduled to be tendered at the start of October 2026.
