Tender Description
Overview
Inland Rail Pty Ltd is seeking registrations of interest from suitably experienced and licensed residential builders to procure, supply, install and commission at-property noise mitigation treatments at eight residential properties associated with the Stockinbingal to Parkes (S2P) Project in New South Wales.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Managing the procurement, supply, installation and commissioning of the prescribed at-property treatments for each property
- Delivering architectural acoustic treatments and mechanical ventilation system upgrades in accordance with each property-specific treatment report
- Preparing and maintaining required management plans, WHS documentation and safe work method statements, including journey management planning
- Providing a detailed works schedule identifying supply, installation, commissioning and completion milestones for each property
- Preparing company information sheets and frequently asked questions for property owners and managing communications with owners during delivery
- Managing asbestos-related risks and requirements, undertaking or coordinating required low-voltage electrical works, and providing notices for proprietary and prefabricated materials
- Completing testing and commissioning, rectifying defects, making good affected areas, and obtaining written landowner acceptance following completion of each property
Contractor Requirements
- Suitably experienced and licensed residential builder
- Hold a current NSW residential building licence
