Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Education, is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake a mechanical upgrade at Gidgegannup Primary School.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Supply and installation of new AC split systems to Blocks A, B, C, H, M, P and U, as per the Consultant's Tender Specifications and Drawings
  • Optional item: replacement of skylights throughout

Contract Terms and Conditions

  • The Works are to be carried out during the December 26 and January 27 school holidays
