Oberon Council is inviting tenders for the purchase and disposal of a water cart, being the plant detailed in the attached tender documents.
Scope
- Purchase and disposal of the plant (water cart) detailed in the attached tender document
Instructions to Tenderers
- All questions relating to this tender must be directed through Vendor Panel, whereby all suppliers will receive like information to the Q&A responses from Council's Plant Manager
- Failure to complete the submission as per instructions, sign any required form, or include appropriate supporting documentation will render the application ineligible
- There are no hard copy information packages available
- Submissions via email, or hard copy posted or delivered to Council, will not be accepted
- All submissions must be made via the Vendor Panel portal
- Tender submissions will be accepted up until 4:00pm 30 September 2026
- Lobbying or liaison with Councillors and/or staff prior to Council's consideration of a Tender may lead to rejection of the Tender
