Oberon Council is inviting tenders for the purchase and disposal of a boggie tip truck, as detailed in the attached tender document.

• Purchase and disposal of the plant (boggie tip truck) detailed in the attached tender document

Instructions to Tenderers

• All questions relating to this tender must be directed through the Vendor Panel, so that all suppliers receive like information from Council's Plant Manager in response to Q&A
• Failure to complete the submission as per instructions, sign any required form, or include appropriate supporting documentation will render the application ineligible
• There are no hard copy information packages available
• Submissions via email, or hard copy posted or delivered to Council, will not be accepted
• All submissions must be made via the Vendor Panel portal
• Lobbying or liaison with Councillors and/or staff prior to Council's consideration of a Tender may lead to the rejection of the Tender
