Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Selwyn District Council is seeking a multi-discipline feasibility study for the site at 24 Millpond Lane, covering three development options.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Assessment of Option A1: residential subdivision with reserve enhancement, maximising yield under the current Medium Residential Sub-zone framework
  • Assessment of Option A2: as per Option A1, but tested against multi-storey attached typologies such as terraces, triplexes, and townhouses
  • Assessment of Option B: cleared site sale with development conditions
  • Assessment of each option's technical feasibility, achievable residential yield, consenting pathway, and development costs
  • Production of a comparative summary suitable for inclusion in a formal Business Case
