Port Pirie Regional Council invites submissions for the provision of raising and crushing of rubble material services under a panel arrangement to support Council's Road Resheeting Program.

Scope

• Provision of raising and crushing of rubble material services under a panel arrangement to support Council's Road Resheeting Program

Contract Terms and Conditions

• Contract period of three (3) years, comprising an initial one (1) year term and two (2) optional extension periods of one (1) year each
• Extension periods are exercisable at the sole discretion of Council

Site Inspection

No formal site briefing has been scheduled. Tenderers may request a site visit if required by contacting Glenn Miller, the nominated Contact Person for this Request for Tender (RFT). Any requested site visits must be arranged and completed prior to 22 September 2026.

Instructions to Tenderers

Tenderers must ensure their submissions are lodged electronically via Council's file transfer facility using the link provided in Clause 2.2, Lodgement of Tenders, in Section B, Conditions of Tender, of this RFT package. Submissions will not be accepted via a physical tender box.
