Expression of Interest - Catering For Carnarvon & Coral Bay Volunteer Awards Night

The Shire of Carnarvon is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced catering providers to cater for the Carnarvon & Coral Bay Volunteer Awards Night, to be held on Saturday, 5 December 2026. This special evening will celebrate and recognise the outstanding contribution of volunteers across the Carnarvon and Coral Bay communities.

Scope

The scope includes delivery of high-quality, fresh and appealing:

• Canapés
• Dinner
• Dessert

The catering should complement the formal nature of the event and help create a memorable evening for the volunteers.

EOI submissions close Friday, 25 September 2026 at 5pm. Submissions must be emailed to tipton.h@carnarvon.wa.gov.au.
