Overview
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Education (DOE), is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake power upgrade works at Edgewater Primary School.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Site power upgrade works at Edgewater Primary School
- An optional cost for generator or temporary power
Contract Terms and Conditions
- Works are to commence during the December 2026/January 2027 school holidays
- A tentative Western Power install date of 28 April 2027 (Wednesday) has been set, and this date can be confirmed once the prestart is completed

- Site Visit Location: 76 Treetop Ave, Edgewater
