⁠⁠⁠Overview

The Ministry of Education (NZ) is seeking registrations of interest from a main roofing contractor to carry out roof works at Flanshaw Road School, covering Blocks 1, 2, 3 and 7.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Block 1 and 2: clearlight roof replacement to trafficable clearlight panels and safety mesh underneath
  • Block 1 and 2: remediation of loose downpipes to the building and gutters around the clearlight
  • Block 3: clearlight roof replacement to trafficable clearlight panels and safety mesh underneath
  • Block 3: reseal around the skylight
  • Block 7: clearlight roof replacement to trafficable clearlight panels and safety mesh underneath
