b3architects (VIC) is inviting civil contractors to register their interest for the construction of a new carpark at St Mary's School, Echuca.
Scope
The scope involves construction of a new carpark on the vacant land between the eastern end of Coliban Street and the existing southern fence of the school, and includes:
- Construction of 44 carparking spaces
- Associated roadways
- Drainage
- Crossover works
- Linemarking
- Fencing
- Footpaths
