Provision of Cleaning Services

⁠⁠⁠Overview

City of Salisbury is seeking to engage professional cleaning services for the many facilities owned and operated across the council area.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Provision of cleaning services to Bespoke Facilities
• Provision of cleaning services to Independent and Hireable Facilities
• Provision of cleaning services to Public Toilets

Council is open to awarding as separable portions.

Tender Briefing and Site Inspection

A mandatory site briefing will be held for Bespoke and Independent Hireable Spaces only.

Site briefing for Bespoke Buildings will commence at the City of Salisbury Operations Centre at 10.00am. Site briefing for Independent and Hireable Spaces will commence at Salisbury Memorial Park, Spains Road, Salisbury Downs, at 1.30pm. See tender documents for further detail. Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
