Overview
The Director-General of the Department of Conservation is seeking Registrations of Interest from suppliers with the capacity and capability to provide a Project and Programme Management System (PPM).
Scope
- Provision of a Project and Programme Management System (PPM)
Contractor Requirements
Respondents must meet the following pre-conditions:
- Public-sector reference ability: the proposed solution must be in active use by at least two comparable public-sector organisations (New Zealand or equivalent overseas jurisdictions), demonstrating enterprise-scale deployment and operational maturity
- SaaS solution: the proposed solution must be offered as SaaS
- Security: the proposed SaaS solution must comply with New Zealand Government security requirements, including the Protective Security Requirements (PSR) and the New Zealand Information Security Manual (NZISM)
