Overview
Health New Zealand, Northern Region (the Principal) is seeking to appoint a Panel of suitably qualified and experienced suppliers of exterior building and roof cleaning projects and maintenance services to support its Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, and Projects requirements.
About
The Principal consists of:
- Auckland, its hospital campuses and community facilities
- Counties Manukau, its hospital campuses and community facilities
- Northland, its hospital campuses and community facilities
- Waitematā, its hospital campuses and community facilities
The Principal owns and operates facilities associated with delivering health and disability services and is responsible for the repair and maintenance of these facilities. These hospital campuses and community facilities are operational 24/7, and shutdowns of services (both utilities and clinical) need to be carefully planned and considered to minimise impacts on patients and staff.
The Principal is undertaking this procurement on behalf of all Health New Zealand's Northern Region hospitals and their community facilities. Only suppliers appointed to the panel will be able to provide in-scope services to the Northern Region hospitals.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Exterior building and roof cleaning projects and maintenance services
- Planned preventative maintenance services
- Reactive maintenance services
- Project works as required
Contractor Requirements
- Suppliers must be suitably qualified and experienced in exterior building and roof cleaning projects and maintenance services
- Suppliers must successfully proceed through all procurement phases and subsequent contract negotiations to be appointed as a panel member
