⁠⁠⁠Overview

Brisbane Catholic Education invites suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit an Expression of Interest for works at St Joseph's College, Coomera.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Construction of a new double storey 5 GLA building
  • Construction of a new walkway
  • Multiple building refurbishments
  • External works including landscaping
  • Construction of retaining walls
  • External services to respective buildings

Contractor Requirements

  • Capacity for construction throughout 2027

Contract Terms and Conditions

  • This project has an approximate value of $4-$5 million
