Overview
Brisbane Catholic Education invites suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit an Expression of Interest for Stage 2 at St Bonaventure's College, Flagstone. The project has an approximate value of $20 to $25 million.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Construction of a new administration and learning building
- Construction of a new general learning building
- Construction of a new early years building
- Refurbishment of the current administration building
- Construction of a new carpark extension
- Construction of a new senior oval
Contractor Requirements
- Suitably qualified and experienced in delivering projects of a similar scale
- Capacity for construction in late 2026 and throughout 2027
