⁠⁠⁠Overview

Brisbane Catholic Education invites suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit an Expression of Interest for Stage 5 at St Ann's School, Redbank Plains.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Extension to an existing admin building, comprising a new library and learning support rooms
  • External works including road works, landscaping, retaining walls, and external services to respective buildings

Contractor Requirements

  • Capacity for construction throughout 2027

Contract Terms and Conditions

  • Approximate project value of $3 to $4 million
