Audio Visual Services Panel for Murdoch University

Murdoch University is inviting respondents to participate in RFP26006, Audio Visual Services Panel, to establish a panel of suitably qualified providers.

Scope

The panel will be established across the following categories:

• Category A: Supply of AV Equipment
• Category B: Supply and Installation/Repair of AV Equipment
• Category C: Specialist AV Technical Services

This RFP is linked with RFT26027, AV Room Refurbishment Buildings 235, 245 & 440, which will also be released on Tenders WA.

Tender Briefing and Site Inspection

A site visit will be held at Chancellery Building, 90 South Street, Murdoch on 8 September 2026 at 2:00 PM. Tenderers may attend a joint briefing session for RFT26027 and RFP26006 at Murdoch University's campus, which will include a tender briefing, site inspection and site induction (if required).

The following will apply in respect of the tender briefing, unless otherwise notified in writing by Murdoch University:

• Briefing Time/Date: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM, 8 September 2026
• Meet Location: 440.1.036
• Duration of briefing: Up to 2 hours
• Time by which Tenderer should confirm attendance: 10:00 AM Thursday 3 September 2026

When confirming attendance, Tenderers should provide the following information for each attendee: name, title, company name, email address, and mobile phone number.
