Instructions to Tenderers

Tender documentation may be downloaded from the City's e-procurement portal at www.tenderlink.com/ckb from 22 August 2026.

Tenders may be submitted via the City's e-procurement portal, Tenderlink. Tenders may also be lodged at the City's Tender Box located in the reception area at the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder Administration Offices, 577 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie, or sent by post to The Tender Box, City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, PO Box 2042, Boulder WA 6432. Tenders submitted via the City's Tender Box should be placed in a sealed envelope and marked with the RFT title and number.

Tenders sent by fax or electronic mail will not be accepted.

The canvassing of Elected Members or City Officers will result in disqualification.
