Overview
The Australian Digital Health Agency is seeking one Web/Publication Officer (Content Designer) at an APS5 equivalent level to support content creation and management across the Agency's website and digital channels.
The Role
The Web/Publication Officer (Content Designer) supports the creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of content across the Agency's website and digital channels. The role is responsible for developing clear, accessible and user-focused content that helps people understand information and complete tasks online.
Working under direction, the Web/Publication Officer (Content Designer) collaborates with subject matter experts, policy teams, service owners and digital specialists to ensure content aligns with the Australian Government Style Manual, Digital Service Standard and accessibility requirements. The role contributes to improving the user experience by applying content design principles, maintaining content quality and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
