Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works, is seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake driveway replacement at Lot 17, 6 Gibbon Street, Mosman Park WA 6012.

Scope

The scope includes but is not limited to:

Contractor Requirements

• Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings, and all Contract documentation
• All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Quote
