Overview
Colac Otway Shire Council is inviting submissions from suitable and experienced tenderers to carry out road resealing works under contract as part of the 2026/27 Reseal Road Reseal Program.
Scope
- Road resealing works at various locations throughout the shire as identified by the Council Assets team
Instructions to Tenderers
- Tenderers should allow sufficient time to upload their submission to the eProcure portal before the close time of 2.00pm, as large files may take some time to load
- Failure to fully upload a submission by the close time will result in being locked out of the portal
- Late submissions will not be accepted unless it can be proven that exceptional circumstances prevented the timely upload of the response
