SA Health is seeking suitable premises for lease to accommodate Clinical and Consulting Accommodation requirements in Mount Barker or surrounding suburbs, with occupation available from mid 2026.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Provision of premises suitable for Clinical and Consulting Accommodation, with or without existing fit-out
• Premises offering circa 100 to 150m² (NLA), or alternatively 2 consulting rooms if situated within a Medical Centre or GP Practice
• Provision of associated costs for the premises

Eligibility

• Premises must be located within Mount Barker or surrounding suburbs
• Premises must be available from mid 2026
