JLL, on behalf of IP Australia, is seeking a suitable cafe operator for Discovery House, 47 Bowes Street, Phillip, ACT. Experienced cafe and catering operators are invited to submit expressions of interest for consideration.

Scope

• Operation of a cafe and catering service at Discovery House, 47 Bowes Street, Phillip, ACT

Information Requested

Respondents should complete all required documentation as outlined in Schedule 2 (Information to be Included in Proposals), including:

• Proponent Declaration (Document A)
• Response Schedules (Document B) including Business Plan
• Pricing Schedule (Document C) with proposed licence fees
• Evidence of relevant experience and references
