Car Hire Concession Services: Onslow Airport

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The Shire of Ashburton invites proposals from suitably qualified and experienced vehicle rental operators for the provision of car hire services at Onslow Airport.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Provision of car hire services at Onslow Airport under a Licence Agreement with the Shire of Ashburton

Facilities and Access

The successful respondent(s) will have access to:

• Dedicated car hire service counters within the terminal
• Allocated vehicle parking areas
• Branding opportunities within approved concession areas
• Access to approximately 70,000 annual passenger movements

Contract Terms and Conditions

• The successful respondent(s) will operate under a Licence Agreement with the Shire of Ashburton
• Due to the limited availability of airport facilities and operational areas, the Shire intends to appoint no more than two (2) vehicle rental operators under this Request for Proposal
• The Shire reserves the right to appoint one or two operators based on the outcome of the evaluation process and the best interests of the Shire

Contractor Requirements

• Suitably qualified and experienced vehicle rental operator
