Overview
The City of Playford is seeking a contractor to deliver refurbishment works at Kalara Reserve Community Hall as part of Council's Asset Refurbishment program, which has identified the need for facilities to be renewed for FY26/27.
Scope
The scope includes the following project deliverables at Kalara Reserve Community Hall:
- Creation of a new entry way
- Refurbishment of amenities to compliant modern facilities
- Creation of a large usable space for community use by opening the space for multi-use
- Creation of a functional kitchenette
- Provision of DDA compliant exit and entry doors
- Installation of a new suspended ceiling as documented
- Facelift of the northern and eastern external walls to improve street and carpark appeal, including renewal of exterior painting
