⁠⁠⁠Overview

The Shire of Mundaring is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for a Combined Civil Works Package covering road works on George Street, Mount Helena, and Battery Road, Parkerville.

Purpose

The two projects are being tendered as a combined package to achieve delivery efficiencies and value-for-money outcomes.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Road rehabilitation and re-alignment works on George Street, Mount Helena
  • Emergency access road works on Battery Road, Parkerville

Contractor Requirements

  • Suitably qualified and experienced in civil works of this nature

Instructions to Tenderers

The Principal reserves the right to award one or both projects at its discretion.
