Public Housing Disability Modification and Domestic Violence Upgrade Services Multi Use List (MUL)

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The ACT Government is inviting suppliers to submit an Application for the Public Housing Disability Modifications and Domestic Violence Modification Services Multi Use List (MUL).

Purpose

The purpose of this procurement is to establish a fit for purpose MUL for sourcing disability modification and domestic and family violence modification services for public housing properties.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Provision of disability modification services for public housing properties
• Provision of domestic and family violence modification services for public housing properties

Contractor Requirements

Suppliers admitted to the MUL must meet the Territory's technical, licensing, insurance, safety, work health and safety (WHS), and public housing specific requirements.

Contract Terms and Conditions

• The MUL will be established for an initial period of one (1) year
• An optional extension period of one (1) year is available

Instructions to Tenderers

The MUL will remain open for receiving Applications from the date of publication until the MUL is formally closed by the Territory. Suppliers may submit questions or seek clarification regarding the application process while the MUL remains open for Applications.
