Overview
The Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research (ACIAR) is seeking an ICT Support Officer to provide frontline ICT support services to ACIAR staff in Australia and overseas.
The Role
The role sits within the Business Systems Unit (BSU) and involves:
- Responding to helpdesk requests
- Resolving routine ICT issues
- Maintaining accurate service records
- Supporting the deployment and management of ICT equipment
- Contributing to the delivery of reliable and customer-focused ICT services
- Supporting broader ICT projects and operational activities
