⁠⁠⁠Overview

WA Primary Health Alliance (WAPHA) is seeking to commission a suitably qualified provider to conduct a formative, mixed methods process evaluation of its Aftercare Services Program.

Scope

  • Conduct a formative process evaluation of the Aftercare Services Program using mixed methods, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative data

Objectives

  • Determine the extent to which the Aftercare Service is being implemented as planned
  • Capture lessons learned from delivery of the program
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and future scaling of the program

Contractor Requirements

  • Suitably qualified to undertake a formative, mixed methods process evaluation
