The Shire of East Pilbara invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake road repair and reinstatement works arising from damage caused by Tropical Cyclone Zelia under declared event AGRN1185.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Approximately 3,005 identified repairs across 12 roads within the Shire
- Pavement repairs
- Formation repairs
- Drainage repairs
- Floodway repairs
- Shoulder repairs
- Batter repairs
- Erosion repairs
Contractor Requirements
- Maintain comprehensive daily records
- Maintain geotagged photographic evidence
- Maintain quantity records
- Maintain quality documentation in accordance with Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements Western Australia requirements
