Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Communities, is seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake refurbishments at Lot 51, 24 Willesee Street, Carnarvon WA 6701.

Scope

The scope includes but is not limited to refurbishments at the property.

• Refurbishment works at Lot 51, 24 Willesee Street, Carnarvon WA 6701
• All materials and installation to be supplied and completed in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the scope of work

Contractor Requirements

• Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all contract documentation
• All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by tenderers prior to submission of their quote
