Overview
The Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources (ACT) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to undertake a focused 16-week discovery and requirements engagement to define the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for the Anti-Dumping Commission's (ADC) Early Warning System (EWS), which forms Stage 1 of the ADC's broader Data Intelligence and Trade Remedies Analytics Capability.
The Role
The role is responsible for:
- Defining business requirements for the Early Warning System (EWS)
- Defining data requirements for the EWS
- Defining technical enablement requirements for the EWS
- Defining governance requirements for the EWS
- Identifying opportunities, risks, constraints and dependencies relevant to the EWS
- Developing a roadmap to support future legal, technical and delivery decisions
The engagement is requirements-focused and does not include system build, technical architecture, implementation, dashboard development, MOU negotiation or data access approvals.
