Overview
The Southern Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils (SSROC), on behalf of its participating member and associate member Councils, including Waverley Council, invites responses from suitably qualified companies for this selective Request for Tender (RFT) for the supply and delivery of agricultural products and services.
Scope
SSROC, in collaboration with Participating Councils, wishes to engage multiple suppliers for the supply and delivery of Agricultural Products, Services, Equipment and Professional Spraying across four categories. These goods and services support the maintenance of Participating Council parks, sportsgrounds, golf courses and open spaces.
The scope includes:
- Category 1: Fertilisers and Soil Nutrition Products, Agricultural Chemicals (Herbicides, Pesticides, Insecticides and Fungicides), Turfgrass Seeds, Line Marking and Golf Course Products
- Category 2: Soil Testing, Amendments, Agronomy Support, Training, Auditing and Advisory Services
- Category 3: Agricultural Equipment, Accessories and PPE
- Category 4: Professional Spraying and Application Services
Respondents may tender for one or multiple categories, with contracts potentially awarded to multiple suppliers per category.
Contract Terms and Conditions
- Contract term of 5 years, with 2 twelve month extension options
