⁠⁠⁠Overview

Fremantle Ports requires a Service Provider to implement and support a cloud-based Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) software platform to support the planning and delivery of Fremantle Ports' large project portfolio.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Implementation of a cloud-based Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) software platform
  • Ongoing support of the PPM software platform
  • Provision of the platform to support approximately 120 users of varying permission levels
  • Ability to quickly scale up user numbers as required in response to new projects or staff onboarding
