Mitchell Shire Council is seeking to engage an audio-visual vendor for a 3-year term to manage all existing AV meeting rooms and provide new installations when required across the Mitchell Shire region.

Objectives

The objective of this RFQ is to engage an audio-visual vendor for a 3-year term to manage all existing AV meeting rooms and provide new installations when requiared across the Mitchell Shire region.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Management of all existing AV meeting rooms across the Mitchell Shire region
• Provision of new AV installations when required across the Mitchell Shire region
• Provision of quotations and diagrams to facilitate the best AV solution for a particular space

Contractor Requirements

• Firm understanding of AV equipment that can be installed and configured into different spaces of the Shire
