Overview
The Ministry of Education (NZ) is inviting tenders for the main contractor role for the Block C, S Classroom Refurbishment project at Marlborough Boys' College, Blenheim.

Other projects are currently being undertaken across the College, including site-wide electrical, heating, and security upgrade works.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Refurbishment and reconfiguration of the existing Art Block teaching facilities, including Rooms 28, 29 and 30
- Refurbishment of staff facilities
- Refurbishment of breakout spaces
- Refurbishment of a meeting room
- Refurbishment of storerooms
- Refurbishment of ancillary spaces
- External access improvements
- Building services upgrades
- Associated exterior works
