Overview
Liverpool City Council is seeking expressions of interest from performers who would like to perform at its upcoming Starry Sari event, to be held in November 2026.
Eligibility
Before completing the Performer EOI, please ensure the following points are considered:
- Performers are available to perform on the event day (Sunday)
- Performers need to provide a full detailed outline of their performance, number of performers and rates
- Performances are culturally relevant to the event theme

Complete the Performer EOI form to submit your expression of interest.
- EOI applications close: Friday 9th October 2026, 5pm
