Overview
The City of Ballarat is establishing a Facilities Panel for builder services, comprising four streams of work.
Scope
The panel comprises four streams:
- Stream One: Heritage Joinery
- Stream Two: Building works up to $50,000 ex GST
- Stream Three: Building works from $50,001 ex GST to $500,000 ex GST
- Stream Four: Building works from $500,001 ex GST to $2,000,000 including GST
The type of works includes but is not limited to:
- Building maintenance requirements
- Capital works and refurbishment programs
- Asset lifecycle and renewal initiatives
- Compliance, accessibility, and risk driven upgrades
Instructions to Tenderers
- It is the responsibility of the bidder to monitor emails and alerts from VendorPanel throughout the tender period and post tender close until award or notice of outcome are issued
- Clarifications and other information, as required, are released to the email that the bidder has used to register for the tender
- Bidders are to ensure that the nominated VendorPanel email is monitored during absences and/or change of staff
