Overview
The City of Gold Coast invites Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced and capable head contractors for the design and construction of a new two-level PCYC youth, community, sport and recreation facility at Pimpama Village Park North.
Purpose
This EOI is the first stage of a two-stage procurement process and will be used to establish a shortlist for a subsequent Select Tender. The City's current preference is to shortlist approximately three Respondents.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Design and construction of a new two-level PCYC youth, community, sport and recreation facility at Pimpama Village Park North
- Delivery under a Design and Construct delivery model
The estimated construction budget is approximately $22 million.

Contract Terms and Conditions
The proposed Select Tender Contract Header and amended AS4300 Conditions are included with the EOI to allow early review of the proposed contractual position.
