Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Cumberland City Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified, accredited, and experienced organisations or individuals to undertake detailed Level 2 bridge inspection and assessment of Council's vehicular and pedestrian bridges.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Detailed Level 2 bridge inspection of Council's vehicular and pedestrian bridges
  • Bridge condition assessment of Council's vehicular and pedestrian bridges

Contractor Requirements

  • Appropriately qualified in bridge inspection and assessment
  • Accreditation in Level 2 and Level 3 bridge inspection
  • Relevant experience undertaking bridge inspection and assessment work

Contract Terms and Conditions

  • The work is awarded on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the tender pricing schedules
  • Applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract
