Expressions of Interest - Locks Lane, South Tamworth - Vacant Land - Proposed Lease or Licence Agreement

Tamworth Regional Council invites Interested Parties to lodge an Expression of Interest to enter into a lease or licence agreement in relation to vacant land at Locks Lane, South Tamworth.

Scope

The opportunity relates to the following available parcels of land:

• Part Lot 63 DP 1011819
• Part Lot 2 DP 162235
• Lot 1 DP 162235
• Part Lot 41 DP 719840
• Part Lot 1 DP 1010403
• Part Lot 3 DP 1199913
• Part Lot 62 DP 1011819

The Land is intended as the location for future sporting fields but is currently unutilised, with a total area of approximately 18ha. The available parcels are located on either side of the Locks Lane Road reserve, which will not be included in any lease or licence agreement.

Eligibility

• Council is seeking submissions from Interested Parties who are able to utilise the Land (or part of the Land) in accordance with the zoning requirements
• The Land is zoned RU4, Primary Production Small Lots
