Overview
Banana Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for the completion of the bulk earthworks package project for the Raedon Street Industrial Subdivision.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Mobilisation, site establishment and demobilisation
- Survey set-out, control, verification and as-constructed survey
- Clearing, grubbing and removal of vegetation where shown
- Topsoil stripping, stockpiling, management and respreading
- Excavation of cut material
- Sorting, processing, conditioning and reuse of suitable material
- Placement, moisture conditioning and compaction of fill
- Benching, proof rolling, trimming and formation preparation
- Identification, treatment, replacement or disposal of unsuitable material
- Importation of approved fill where required
- Haulage and disposal of surplus material
- Temporary access and haul roads
- Temporary drainage, dewatering and erosion and sediment control
- Dust, mud, noise and environmental controls
- Geotechnical testing, quality records and lot release documentation
- Protection of existing assets and completed work
- Reinstatement and rehabilitation
- Final clean-up
Contract Terms and Conditions
- All works related to this contract must be completed within 120 days after contract award
