Overview
CQUniversity Australia is seeking a contractor to carry out construct-only works for the preparation and repaving of existing bitumen roadways and car parking areas within the CQUniversity North Rockhampton campus.
Objectives
The objective of the works is to reinstate surface condition, structural integrity, safety, and ride quality in accordance with the Principal's requirements.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Preparation and repaving of existing bitumen roadways and car parking areas within the CQUniversity North Rockhampton campus
- Upgrades to existing car park lighting infrastructure where assets have been identified as failing
- Separable Portion 1: Darambal Rd, Round-about
- Separable Portion 2: Kidston Drive, Southbound side of the road
- Separable Portion 3: Founders Drive at University Drive intersection
- Separable Portion 4: Carpark 8 (CP8) Solar lighting
- Separable Portion 5: Carpark 8 Resealing and remarking
The works are to be executed in a professional manner consistent with industry best practice and all applicable Australian Standards, unless otherwise noted.
