Port Stephens Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the design, supply, and installation of prefabricated public amenities buildings at One Mile Beach and Tanilba Foreshore, NSW. These facilities will replace the existing amenities.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Design of prefabricated public amenities buildings at One Mile Beach and Tanilba Foreshore
  • Supply of prefabricated public amenities buildings at One Mile Beach and Tanilba Foreshore
  • Installation of prefabricated public amenities buildings at One Mile Beach and Tanilba Foreshore
  • Replacement of the existing amenities facilities at these locations

Contractor Requirements

  • Suitably qualified and experienced in the design, supply, and installation of prefabricated public amenities buildings
