Flinders University is seeking a supplier to provide Building Management Systems (BMS) maintenance, support and associated services across the University's BMS infrastructure.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Provision of Building Management Systems (BMS) maintenance services
• Provision of BMS support services
• Provision of associated services across the University's BMS infrastructure

The full scope of work for this procurement process is included in Part A of the process documents.

Contract Terms and Conditions

• The successful Supplier will be offered an initial one (1) year term
• There is one (1) option to extend for a further one (1) year, at the University's discretion

Instructions to Tenderers

The evaluation criteria will focus on several key areas as specified within the process documents. Respondents are encouraged to carefully review the criteria and ensure their proposals address each aspect.

Suppliers must submit their proposals by the deadline specified in Part B Attachment One. Submissions should be sent electronically via the etender portal and must include all required documentation as specified in the process documents.
